When you book a trial or sign up through the booking widget on our Free Trial page, you provide details such as your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and emergency-contact information, along with any waiver or membership details required to train. This booking flow is provided and stored by GymDesk (see “How your information is processed” below).

When you contact us through the Request Info form or the “ask a question” form on our FAQ page, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the programs you’re interested in, and any message you send us.

How we use your information

• To schedule and confirm your free trial class.
• To respond to your questions and follow up with pricing, schedule and next steps.
• To manage your membership and keep you informed about classes, events and academy updates.

How your information is processed

We use trusted third parties to operate the academy. They process your information only to provide these services to us:

• GymDesk — our booking, waiver and member-management system. Information you enter into the booking widget or member portal is collected and stored by GymDesk under its own privacy terms.
• Email delivery — we use an email service provider to send follow-ups and notifications related to your enquiry or membership.

Analytics

We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site. If we use privacy-respecting, aggregate website analytics to understand general traffic, it is not used to identify individual visitors.

We do not sell your personal data

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

Your choices

You can opt out of follow-up emails at any time, and you may contact us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. For data held in the booking or member system, we can help you make the request to GymDesk.
